help nominate Labatt Nordic Cup players for Jan.!
We're just about at the end of the month (esp. because of the all-star break), and I've been traveling a lot so I haven't been able to watch a lot of games this month for myself... In the ones I've seen the whole team has been playing pretty damn well; no one has stuck out in their sucking very much... and the ones who have had bad games have also had some pretty damn good ones (like Smoke last night).
Can people offer some suggestions for who should be in the poll for the Jan. edition of the Labatt Nordic Cup? Remember... it's not just players who aren't doing well... it's players (and sometimes Carbo) who are not doing their job. I'll be posting the poll next week...

Can't really think of anyone who's been terrible - even Smoke has stepped his game up.

Slim pickings this month but maybe Dandilion...give him some cheese to go with the wine the other day about not being dressed.

The Habs are doing so good I'd give them all a free pass this month.

As much as I like him.... I can't help myself....
Let's give it to breezer, for not being part of the lineup... (14-3-3, without him)

To the 25 users who have accomplished something in January:The fact of being quickly and massively put on my ignore list, the knee-jerk topics after a loss really help me to identify them.

Since everybody played good, The Cup goes to Breezer, by default.

Despite Ryder's 4 goals and 6 points this month I'd consider putting him on the ballot.

It's a toss up between Lats and Ryder, unfortunately.I don't like pointing fingers to somone, but it has to be these two being definitely nominated.

Yep I would have to go with these guys.
Dandy because of the whining.
Latendresse because of all the missed chances.
Brisebois because of the Brisebois.

yeah, Brodeur seemed somewhat shaken by that one.... One of the most powerful shots I've seen Ryder take.. ended-up close to Brodeur's shoulder.

Brisebois is always the perennial candidate for the Labatt Cup.
