Yes I was bored........
Jagr points:
Oct - 11
Nov - 9
Dec - 14
Jan - 12

Gomez points:
Oct - 3
Nov - 15
Dec - 17
Jan - 11

Most games in a row without a point: Jagr 5 (in November), Gomez 5 (in October)

Most games in a row with a point: Jagr 8 (Dec/Jan) Gomez 10 (Dec/Jan)

Games without a point: Jagr 23, Gomez 17

Multi point games: Jagr 13, Gomez 11

Jagr has scored in 3 games where Gomez hasn't registered a point. Gomez has scored in 7 games where Jagr hasn't scored a point.

I'm not quite sure what the purpose of all that was but it sure killed some time!
Nice stats.
Gomez is/was more consistent(and better) than Jagr so far.
Jagr is finally showing flashes of his form form 05-06 season.
These two are finally clicking, maybe its worth of shot to try Shanahan on their line...Renney must do something to get Shanny going.

I think the fact that we're even looking at who's scoring more Jagr or Gomez tells a lot about the kind of season Jagr has had to date.

I'm with you on this. Also, the fact that Avery and Gomez are both constantly moving forces Jagr to move more. And wouldn't ya know it, he's suddenly open! I'd like to see this line stay together for a bit.

Are we really seeing the end of JJ's offensive ability?

I think it goes without saying Jagr will finish in the scoring lead on this team, probably by more than 10 points too.

A point per game player means that he is near the end?

How's about we applaud them both for being bright spots in an offensively challenged season..up to date.
Instead of play them against each other.

Jagr's offensive skills are like Obi-wan, Merlin, or Gandalf... they may appear to fade with time, but that is merely an illusion.

Yeah, but unlike those three, Jagr's doesn't seem to always be there when he needs them.

who has been better this year?

what do you expect from them both post-all-star break?

how is it possible that gomez has more shots on goal then jagr, who is supposed to be a goal scorer?
Gomez is the now and the future. Jagr is the past and should be history.
