My buddy has been trying to get me to buy this ebook...

<a href="http://omolatelae.skatingska.hop.clickbank.net/" rel="nofollow" target="_top">How to skate for dummies</a>

I guess I need some work, just wondering if it would be a waste of time even buying this ebook.

Me on ice = Snoop Dogg.

Considering these are based on skating with a flat blade....I doubt much of it will help.

There are many sites online that offer good stuff such as :

http://www.whockey.com/tip/skating/

not great content but links to others that might...

Ya, it's a great book if you want to wear a skirt! I guess my answer is "DON"T DO IT"

Save your money. There is a lot of stuff on the internet that you can get for free that is about hockey and not how to learn a triple toe loop.

I got a lot out of Laura Stamm's Power Skating: Link

The ebook you linked to sounds too much like an infomercial and the author, Neil C Rumbol, never establishes his credentials as a skater. Laura Stamm has been teaching since the 1970's, has taught several NHL players, worked with Herb Brooks and the New York Rangers, etc. And like Headcoach mentioned there are plenty of free resources on the web to give you pointers.
