@%&!#$&

I am genuinely pissed right now. It's just plain negligence to come out and suck so bad in a game so important, and in front of a full house. Good job tonight Hitch & Jackets... you completely failed in your duties.

Nationwide is like a funeral parlor. I suspect the conversation in the crowd (to the extent there is any) is identical to that on the board. As upset as I am, I feel worse for the guys with season tickets.

I guess our recent trades have had an ill effect on the team....someone in the front office has no clue about making trades at the right time and for the right reasons...horrible.

3 out of 5 wins on the road trip before the all star break.

0-3 since the break.

what the hell went on during the all star break?

Or were we just flukes all along?

I hope so, I will take anyone's first round picks right now for ANYONE we have on the roster. Time for a fresh start. Give me prospects, draft picks, etc. can we undo the Tarnstrom trade at this point? Don't see how he can single-handedly do anything to change the team's fortunes.

19-7-2 is the requirement the rest of the way.

With 7 games against Detroit and San Jose. I don't like our odds.

OH MY GOD that is hilarious... as they cut away to break they're showing Brassard bumping hands at the bench after his goal. Like we HAVEN'T allowed 3 unanswered goals in a relatively short period of time since then.

For the life of me I can't figure out why this team would not be motivated for a big game like this.

But for those of us without season tickets, it's great! We can get lower bowl seats for $15 from guys outside the arena wearing hoodie sweatshirts. Of course, the downside is that we have to watch the Jackets play, but hey, it's only $15, and if you go to a Detroit game you get to see some great hockey by at least one team.

Next year, boys. Next year we'll make the playoffs, as long as we make some good deals within the next couple of weeks. Just wait 'till next year.

I want to say the season is over but it's not, not yet anyway but close. Jody is the only one who prolly has the answer as to why we have died....

All I want for next season is for 3 goals to no longer be a "great achievement" for the Jackets

Only real improvement over last year, we score at least one to save ourselves from shutout

Maybe we can bottle whatever is going on here and unleash it to other teams next year. When I say Freddy was in goal I told my son it was going to be bad. He gets no support this year. The chemistry is bad.

I blame Hitchcock partially. For all of his record, every time he's shown on TV he's just standing there with arms crossed and eyes glazed, staring into space... The best motivational coash this team has every had is Doug Maclean, and that's saying something.

What we need is a 1st line center first and foremost......Hossa would fit that bill nicely.

As great as Hossa is, he's a winger strictly.

Hossa is a winger...I'd still take him though. At least he is an offensive player of some sort.
