Well I said my peace on the matter. They can say what they wish. I'm just agreeing to disagree. I think it's safe to say that we BOTH have bigger fish to fry -- namely, neither of us are in the top eight in the conference right now -- and spending time arguing over this situation isn't worth it.

Phoenix is under no delusions about the play offs.. Even if we were to make it in.. we'd more then likely be out in the 1st round.. So really who cares if we make it in or not this year?? Noone even expected us to do this well this season.. this is a litmus test and we'll ride it as far as we can.. into the play offs or not.. and if we don't.. no biggie.. we didn't make it last year either won't be any different. Next season or so is going to be the real test of what this team is capable of.. don't worry.. we'll make sure to leave room on the bandwagon for ya when you're ready to jump ship..

You're right, the playoffs are overrated. Only a handful of teams in the league want to make it there...

Just to be clear, anyone that is a fan of another team that comes here with a differing opinion no matter how they position that opinion is a troll?

To all: Other fans are always welcome here to chat about hockey and the games.

Fighting and flaming - from either fanbase - is never welcome.

Thats not trolling folks. He came in with a civil argument.

I'm concerned about Tollefsen. With the way he plays, a Concussion could have a big effect on his career. We all saw what concussions did to Duvie, and with Tollefsen's more physical style, this could be bad.

A few things:

1) Weller definitely sucker-punched Tollefson, according to "the code" and the way the league will look at it. Had he dropped the gloves maybe a second or two earlier, it wouldn't have been considered a sucker punch.

2) Tollefson wasn't barreling into the scrum to exchange Valentine's Day cards with Weller. Had the roles been reversed I'm pretty sure that some of you would have been ejaculating over how awesome the punch was and that Weller's concussion couldn't be too bad because how big could his brain be anyway?

3) The check on Nash was dead clean. Nash had the puck and had his back turned to the play and most rookies are smarter than that in those situations.

4) The Weller-Tollefson tilt had nothing to do with the outcome of the game. Norrena's good goaltending and Bryzgalov's awful first period were the critical pieces to the outcome. Congrats to you guys for getting the two points.

5) I hope Tollefson is okay. I had a serious concussion as a kid and nearly died. I still have effects from it. They're not fun and I wouldn't wish one on anyone. Fingers crossed.

Then why was his post edited by a mod? Someone evidently thought it was trolling.

Hey, how about employing some reading comprehension and actually read my post before climbing up my ass?
