Would Carolina consider sending away Old Man Brind'Amour if they aren't in the playoffs.

We'd need a Gilmour, Brind'Amour, Andreychuk. Spirited old man who's not at his best anymore, but carries THAT spirit.

And I give you, Mike Modano.

Brind'Amour is signed until 2011/12 and he's their captain, so he goes nowhere.

The Stars won't trade their captain either.

Let's list spirited old men that might be available, it might give us a hint at what we need.

Duh, it's Morrow, sorry braincramp.

He's having a good year so I don't think they'd part with him. But if they would I'd take him.

I thought they were at least good enough for the 6th line.

What about Jason Arnott? Currently he is making 4.5 mil a season and would fit on this team good faceoff man and PP player and can play in his own end.
