Huge!!

Holy moly boys...what a 3rd period. That was simply unreal...and you know what really impressed me, the Stars fans...wow were they loud. Beautiful to see. So when(not if, but when)we make the playoffs, I want it to be that loud, understood??

May I also say that Jason Arnott is NOT to be traded...NOT!! The guy was so good on faceoffs tonight, he impressed me a lot. The guy is solid. Keep him around. Modano finally scored and broke a slump. Great to see. I tell you, Marty Turco kept us in that game near the end. Wow did he make some big saves...SIMPLY AMAZING!!

Way to go boys...this is one hot team right now. Look out for the boys from Big D!!!

TRE-MEN-DOUS game tonight. Lots of hitting, lots of scoring, the lead changing hands twice. All that and the goal of the year!

Whatever was ailing the Stars at the beginning of the season looks to be going away. You guys should be jazzed. Congrats!

Martin got a new contract so the Senators team can continue to lose to far inferior teams.

Sorry. I meant to edit the thread. It should read inferor - not far inferior. Sens defensemen and forwards are currently better while Dallas would appear to have the better goaltender. IMO Ottawa is the better team but not by a huge margin.

I hear ya.. though there are not many teams that aren't better then the Stars this season though, so I wouldn't value it too much..

Like an opera, there's a beginning a middle and an end.

The opening act for the Stars (and Sens) was not pretty. However things seem to have turned around for both in the middle stanza.

We'll see how the finale plays out and whether both get an encore.

(I've been working on my metaphors)
