Carolina and Washington.

Instead of hoping CAR or WASH are inferior, I'll just hope for the high seed and home ice advantage through the semifinals.
Yeah, you always want home ice.

Carolina & San Jose tomorrow. Need to keep the division in reach and keep the Isles down.

I think the Rangers and the Isles are going to be the best two teams in that last divisional stretch at the end. Both teams have been the best vs the divisional teams. The Rangers also have one of the best divisional records in the league at 13-6-0

Looks the conference leaders are starting to pull away a bit. Pitt now leads us by 4 points.

Islanders 4 games
Devils 3
Flyers 3
Penguins 3

We still have a very good chance of taking that division lead. Don't be surprised to see a team like the Flyers out of it and a team like the Rangers in first and even the Isles in it when all's said and done.

We want to raise stress around the league before we fade off into the sunset.

Could very well be a possibility. The Rangers have the least losses to Eastern Conference teams (tied with Montreal, I think)

and have the best record vs Atlantic Division teams (inside the Division) with 13-6.

I'm not worried.

Yeah I was at the Devils game today. The Hurricanes are a terrible, terrible hockey team. How they are in first is beyond me.

Just makes me want to get that 6th seed even more though.

Nothing would please me more than to have us & the Fishsticks in the playoffs & the Flyers out.

Gotta go with Carolina, Florida, Ottawa, and CJB (Not that CJB winning really matters that much though), tonight.

Amazingly, we are still in the 6th, and the Flyers have fallen to 8th!

Sooooo. With Buffalo being straight up gay tonight, it looks like Saturday's game just got that much bigger. We're going to be tied with 68 points and have one more game played then them. Hopefully we come out flying and play A FULL SIXTY MINUTES Saturday night and get a win. And then come home Sunday and make this weekend a mirror image of last.

Atleast Boston is losing 3-1 right now...Hopefully MTL can come back...and come onnnnn Tampa. ***, I hate how the Isles actually think they're good.

Don't flatter yourself by assuming you can offend me. You're on the wrong "2008 Scoreboard Watch" thread. I know nothing happens on your boards so you should go back there & start a thread of your own, yeah?
