So? How did Dany look last night?

They only showed brief highlights of the game and mentioned that he admittingly was a bit out of breath by the end of the game (understandably). But, in the whole, how was his play positionally etc. Did he look out of place?

Can't wait to see him against the Leafs Friday.

I thought he looked like he always did, except maybe his shot was a bit off.

He was a step slow and the shot was very rusty. However his on ice vision was very sharp, I don't think Dany missed many passes.

In short, he looked much better than a guy who just returned from serious knee surgery but he isn't close to his old form.

He did look a bit slow and there was obviously some rust. His timing was off a little all game.

The real problem was that everyone was looking for him on the ice. Lots of forced passes trying to get him jump started. Especially in the first and second periods. After that the team settled down and started to play their own game and quit trying to force the puck to him.

His vision is still there though, he made some great passes, unfortunately the best one was to Lessard. I think Frankie nearly wet himself because he didn't know what to do when he had the puck in the slot.
