Hmm, really? I don't recall that.

I've never heard of "lace bite" or "skate bite"....the description of the injury certainly sounds gross and awful. But, what makes it so much worse is the fact that the guy is out "6-8 weeks" because of it! I mean, damn...that must be some gnarly infection.

I think Renberg's infection was from his glove.

Looking forward to the game tonight, however, nervous about the outcome... We've played really well against Ottawa this season, but we've looked like crap for awhile now.

Prediction:
I'll be optimistic and say 3-2 win. Goals by Giroux, Timmonen, Carter.

I am sure Parent will be late scratch in favour of Vanadummy .

I hope Cote avoids McGratton and lets him take a pile of pm's.

You'll be one of the few in that boat, and I can't wait to rip you a new one. Again.

hmm, never realized it was caused by the skate lace. That has to be a scary feeling... almost losing a hand over a blister.

Sooooooooo............I'm sitting in the doctor's office for like 18 hrs today and I'm reading an Entertainment Weekly magazine and in it is a picture of this actor with a tattoo on his arm of a cannon. But it gets better, within the cannon is the number 9.

That's gotta be a positive omen, right?
