Who talked about the greatness of giving cheap shot ? I was talking about clean fights. The only great ones.

Okay, you're afraid for Kovalev?

I think he can take care of himself.

I love how Kovalev went straight at Tucker, just like he did with Hollweg. Man, Kovy doesn't take any **** in this league.

I'm not worried about Kovalev...not one bit, Kovalev can take care of himself.

Kovalev can take care of himself.

If I were Carbonneau i'd be having a meeting with Komisarek before the game and tell him to hit Hollweg every chance he has to try and draw a fight... Komi would toss him around like a rag doll. Someone needs to beat Hollweg's jaw shut tonight.

If Sergei bends over Hollweg will try to Chris Simon him, but not with his hockey stick.

According to Kovalev, he actually sprained his ankle in the FLA game, before coming back with the game winning goal in overtime.

Komisarek shouldn't fight! He's too important on the ice to be in the penality box.

Did he get 5 for that? It looked like he hit him with his shoulder and then extended the arms.

If Hollweg hits Kovalev dirty, then he should be suspended from the league for the rest of the season because anything he would do would be pre-meditated because of these comments!!!!

Kovalev can handle himself, so I'm not worried about a bum like Hollweg....but I just hope the league looks at this guy very closely if anything happens tonight.

the sad thing is the Rangers wouldn't really miss him, guys like that are a dime a dozen. The Habs should let Begin and Kots play like that, minus the bad penalities.

What a hypocrite.

Yes, Ryan, what goes around does come around, and people keep wanting to take your head off because you're a dirty SOB who has no business playing in the NHL. Learn how to throw a legal bodycheck (or do anything that requires NHL caliber talent) and people might respect you.

It's been a long time since a worse player has been able to call himself an NHLer.
