I'd love to see;

Streit - Grabovski - Ryder

Lats - Lappy - Whoever is fine for the fourth line.

Is it too late for a comeback to finish 1st in the AHL in points?

Perron just mentioned Grabo on 110% before the cut to commercial. Cool, people in the media are starting to notice.

Sure. Why not?

Or waive Dandy (to get rid of the contract).

Or we could send down Lapierre and use Smoke on the 4th line instead. No biggie.

13 PTS in 4 GP for Grabo.

AKostitsyn-Plekanec-Kovalev
Higgins-Koivu-Latendresse
Streit-Grabovski-SKostitsyn
Bégin-Lapierre-Ryder

That's a lot of unreliable defensive coverage on one line.

Streit is just fine defensively, as a forward.

Ryder isn't as bad as people think.

Grabovski may pick up his defensive game to come back to the NHL.

Grabo reminds me our Jeff Tambellini (Bridgeport Sound Tigers). they both dominate AHL, but NHL seems beyond their powers. Even though I'd love to see Grabo prosper in Habs uniform, IMO the best option right now is to package him in some deal to land the guy like Hossa. I just can't see where Grabo fits with Habs...

They were talking about who would play center if Koivu left and Perron just came out of the blue and said "Grabovski is ready" just before the cut to commercial. Unfortunately they didn't keep going on this afterwards.

D'angostini had a big game also, 2 goals and 10 shots on goal.

Halak 34/36

They're wrong again.

I would like to see Grabo get some minutes in the NHL again but he's not ready to be the 2nd line center, not on a team who wants to make some noise in the playoffs.
