This is not THAT big of a deal, Marc Savard did the same thing when someone gave him a facewash this year.

If you stick your hand in someones face, you should expect something like this to happen.

All the same he will probably get one game.

It really does depend on the nature of the bite. If Wright's pinkie just kind of entered his mouth during a facewash...it happens, no big deal. But if he went after Wright Mike Tyson style, that's a different story.

But Savard got suspended for that as well.

Are you kidding me? How many threads have Pred fans started concerning a Tootoo fight. Other people may have started it, in which we participate.....but rarely, if it has even happened, have we started a thread bragging about a fight. We rarely do it on our own message board either....we may mention a win in our GDT but that is about the extent...... Frankly......I have no idea what your talking about.

Part of the role of being a pest is getting your ass handed to you every once in a while, and I'm sure Tootoo knows that and has no problem with it.

too bad Jeremy "The third" Riech got his asz handed to him with one left handed punch when he decided to "throw down"...Columbus is a soft team, and Nick Rash decides to pick on a defenseman that is 5 inches shorter than he is.

BTW, Letwoski smoked him pretty good on that hit, and yet hardly a mention of it in any Jackets related thread. He's talking about when Tootoo was skating off for a change Letowski blind sided him, should have been called it wasn't, it didn't bother Tootoo much but it started a scrum, two Jackets went to the box, Predators scored, again.

The entire game, Shelly and Malhotra went after Eaton and Kimmo, when Allison tried to get Manny to go he skated away, I'm sure he was just waiting on Zidlicky.....

Zzzz.....

I guess what i dont get is all these people saying he "accidently" bit him...

what is Tootoo 3? Does he not know that when something is in his mouth, don't Clamp down, it may be a finger? Wright was giving Tootoo a face wash, meaning it was obvious his glove was still on... Are you actually trying to say that tootoo accidently Bit down on Wrights finger hard enough to leave an impression THROUGH the glove... An impression that lasted till after the game...... And Still buy his story that he didnt know he did it?

:Shakes Head: Holy crap......

To pick on a defenseman? Jesus. Zidlicky was the one who started it. He was the one trying to get Nash to go.

You should EXPECT someone to bite you? That is ridiculous. Come on.

Did you even watch the game, Zidlicky took the puck from him, Nash grabbed him by his chin from behind and pulled him down, that's what started the fight.

He didnt "blindside him. Tootoo was skating back to his bench as Letowski was skating to his... they had to cross paths to get their respective benchs... Letowski put a shoulder into him. It was interference, yes. Blindside no.

So Tootoo was watching Letowski? No, he was looking at his bench, thus he blindsided him.

Thats not when they dropped the gloves... After that, zidlicky hit nash 2 or 3 times, trying to get nash to go, before they actually dropped the gloves.

And Zidlicky dropped them first. Nash wasnt planning on fighting.

Quote:
"I wasn’t planning on going," Nash said. "He dropped his gloves. I couldn’t just stand there..."

Yea, Tootoo was looking towards his bench area... now where do you think letowski was. skating in front of the Nashville bench... towards the cbj bench. It was interference yes, but not a blindside.

Yes, the incident. Not the fight. Nash and Zids were going at it after the puck was gone, zids was trying to get Nash to go... Nash started the incident, Zids started the fight. I'll agree with you there.
