Just an article I read that I thought may interest some. Its mostly about Tampa, but I thought some may want to read this guys opinion.

Good article. He hit it right on when he said it’s not reasonable to judge these expansion teams successful or not on a mere 6-12 years. Give them some time to grow, gain quality depth (drafted and FA), and experience and then see how the teams are doing.
