Should be a good pickup. My biggest complaint with the Brookbank trade was the Preds were not developing the enforcer role player in their own system.

Doesn't look like this guy will have to clear waivers. That would resolve one problem that seemed to exist with grooming/training Brookbank for the team.

I've seen him listed at 6'0 and 6'2; tony twist was only 6'1. He's also already fought Todd Fedoruk this year

I saw him play in his NHL debut against Philly and he basically followed Brashear around trying ot fight him, then had to settle for Fedoruk. I was impressed with his fighting skills, good pickup as far as I can see.
