According to the Fan 960, no Tanguay tonight. Nilson will fill in for him again.

I wonder if without Tanguay, Huselius is going to be a main stay on the penalty kill.

Now's a good time to kill the Avalanche while their chemisty may be disrupted by changes in personnel.

Go Flames Go!

Sorry guys but I won't be able to catch the game today as I need to move my stuff to my new place across town.

Huselius killing penalties? You're crazier than Gainey on LSD.

Boyd!

Man, I wish I wasn't stuck at work and having to listen to the game instead of watching it. Although I'd much rather listen to Peter Maher over Roger Millions.

Great first period by the Flames. They totally outplayed and outworked the Avs and the mere minor flaw in this period was the PP, although they created some good chances on the first and third PP. I hope they can keep up with this in the next two periods.

Flames still control the game but cannot put the puck into the net.

He just hit the post on a shorthanded-break.
Edit: And while I was typing this, Regehr scored the SHG on a double-deflection off of Foote's stick and Hannan's foot.

During the game did they talk about Phaneuf's truck getting stolen at Timmy's today?

I expect your key player would happily drop the gloves, if he was challenged by Mark Smith.

Yeah.... BUT NO!! Phaneuf didnt back out of a fight he just made a smart desicion not to waste his time with the princess from Colorado. Very smart of him not to fight and get a 5 minute from that.

Flames have so far brought their game 100% to the first 2 periods, let hope they continue for the 3rd also.

Too bad Forsbergs not there yet, I would love to see him shatter on the ice and break into millions of pieces when Phaneuf glances at him.

No kidding. I'm cheering for Calgary too. I think there's a new ABC in the North West, and it's Colorado now
