f$%&*#@ Brad Paisley. I blame him. I'm not sure why but since I already hate him, it seems easier.

My uncle's fiance was killed by someone who was drinking and driving, so yes it is that big of an issue.

So yesterday, I went out on the street and started firing a gun everywhere. It's no biggie though... I didn't hit anyone.

The fact of the matter is ... this **** happens everyday ... its a non-issue to me ... the only reason this is news, is because David Legwand is an NHL Hockey Player

WOW... Legwand makes almost 2 mil a year soon to be a lot more and he can't get a freaking cab. **** hire a limo for the day something if you're going to a concert drinking. If you are slurring your words don't get into a car and if you defend him you are an idiot.

it's still relevant, the only reason we are hear talking about anything at all is because Legwand is a hockey player.

Stupidity on Legwand's part. There is no excuse for drunk driving, especially with someone with a lot of money.

I hope he doesn't get a favorable treatment because he's an athlete.

Most people have a DUI? Really? If you have a DUI doesn't mean everyone else does, some people are responsible and respectful of other peoples lives and their own.

Sorry but there is no excuse for a DUI. Extremely stupid and dangerous thing to do.

Great logic

And most people his age have a DUI? Riiight. And he really has no excuse (not that anyone does). Dude just signed a contract for 30 million dollars and you can't get a cab?

During 2005, 16,885 people in the U.S. died in alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes, representing 39% of all traffic-related deaths
Non-Issue?

Dumbass. You've been drinking, you're on your way home from a popular concert, that sure sounds like the right time to be going 51 in a 30 zone to me. That was just inviting the cops to pull you over. But seriously, hand over the keys if you're that bad or get a cab!

Arrested by the same officer that arrested Steve McNair a few years ago.

Thanks Leggy! As if half the people don't hate him enough, now I get to take even more crap from the people around me for wearing a Legwand jersey! Jerk.

But he's still my favorite player.

What Leggy did is absolutely stupid no doubt about it, but we all make mistakes sometimes. Let's just hope he's smarter than pac man and doesn't make the same mistake 15 times

There is no excuse that *should* be made. David is a grown man that should know better by now. No wonder he looks like he has been playing with a hangover lol

I believe the last Pred to get in trouble with the law (other than Chris Leipold) was Denis Arkhipov. He got a DUI, his career floundered after that.

Prior to that, Krivokrasov, for pushing his wife down some stairs or something. He was shipped out of here pretty quick after that came out.

Actually by the way Legwand has been playing since his contract extension, you'd almost think that Legwand got the DUI the same night as his big cash grab..

I think you are right, Erat's play was beyond terrible in the Dallas game. I think Cote had a better game for us one time....
