Flames with NTC or NMC

The following list of players, who have a NTC or NMC was published on Eklund's site today:
http://www.hockeybuzz.com/blog.php?post_id=13745

According to this list, the following list of Flames' players has a NTC or NMC:
Aucoin, Adrian Calgary from July Ist 2008
Iginla, Jarome Calgary from Julu 1st 2008
Kiprusoff, Miika (*) Calgary from July 1st 2008 through July 1st 2112
Regehr, Robyn (*) Calgary from July 1st 2008
Tanguay, Alex Calgary

(*) indicate a NMC.

Is this list appropriate? I remember someone mentioning, that Sarich also has a NTC, but cannot find a respective article. Moreover Aucoin's NTC has kicked in since his arrival in Calgary, hasn't it?

Aucoin still has his NTC from when we picked him from Chicago.

IIRC, Kiprusoff's NMC becomes invalid if his play suffers too much.

I believe a NMC means they can't be bought out or waived (along with traded).

Gosh ... it was really nice of Yvon to mention where he got this list fr .... no, wait - he didn't mention it at all.

www.nhlscap.com/no_trade.htm

According to the person I got my information from, Sarich doesn't have a no-trade clause ... though he admits that the information he has is only as accurate as the person who put the information into the database.

I immediately searched your side, when the above-mentioned list was released, but couldn't find it (I should start with "Home" the next time ... ). So thanks for providing the link.
Do you have further information concerning Kiprusoff's contract, cause as CBanana has already mentioned I remember a Sutter quote, that Kipper's NMC depends on his performance?
