Still hasn't gone down, I'm really glad no one's within a few feet of me, they might get hurt if I confuse them with an Oiler or an Oiler coach in a rage-hallucination.

My anger subsided about half an hour after the game, it then became a feeling of hopelessness.

There were a bunch of idiots sitting in front of me at the game, every time Ulanov was on the ice they'd be making stupid comments like, "Ulanov is useless" or screaming something like "You suck Igor." They never shut up either, this went on for the entire game, you can imagine what they sounded like when the Kings scored the game winner and Ulanov happened to be on the ice.

I gave up hope on the Oilers a few games back

I am still a huge Oiler fan but I have accepted that they are not going to make the playoff this year.

Now I am at peace with myself

Would you imagine what KL is thinking at this moment? I don't want to talk about MacT anymore, out of any possible question about this coach.

For all of you who still don't think MacT blindly plays favorites, explain to me:
Total Ice:21:53
Shifts: 31
PP Time: 2:22
SH Time:4:28
Even Strength Time: 15:03
-2 on the night....

Who do you think this savior is, the one who get pp time, sh time, the most shifts on the team and the most icetime for all forwards (and more ice time then everyone except Brewer & Ulanov)? The same guy who saw time in the last2 minutes of the game
C'mon guess?
...
...
...
...
Thats right Shawn Horcoff

If any of you know people who want to know whats wrong with the Oilers in a nutshell, please refer them to this post.

this fact, more than anything, is what has fueled my rage all season. macTavish is a terrible coach and horcoff is a worse hockey player. they both NEED TO GO.

I accepted that the Oilers werent going to be making the playoffs awhile ago. I mean honestly.. if someone told you at the start of the year that we would be without Mike Comrie.. would you really have expected to make the playoffs? Like him or not, he was a very important piece of our offense.

1:30 PM right now, and my drunken sleep was filled with nightmarish dreams. When I woke up the reality of what happened last night came crashing down. This loss really hit me hard because it finally solidified for me the Oilers are going nowhere this year. There nothing short of a miracle 14 game winning streak that will give me some hope, but there isn't a chance in hell of that happening.

Last night's loss also made me see the writing on the wall, listening to your reactions, listening to Mactavish on ched that he thought icing the puck would get the Oil a win, benching Torres; a poor way to show him gratitude for his hard effort and work ethic, both of which are amazing. Playing Hemsky for 7 minutes...and playing Horcoff the Anchor (after seeing Horcoff just standing there in the Oilers zone watching the Kings cycle the puck and looking like he couldn't be bothered to do a damn thing about it really pissed me off) .....the biggest thing on my mind right now is that I am watching the Score ticker and hoping that I see "Oilers GM Kevin Lowe fires head coach Craig Mactavish" even if it is only a dream.

I am depressed, hungover, and some morning nookie didn't make me feel any better.
