He's in the NHL, so he's not considered in their list. They used Price because in was in the AHL when they printed FW.
Also, THN ****ed up. (skimming through the issue at zinio.com) they used Yann Danis twice in pictures instead of Price..
Okay, fair enough I guess. In general I'd think of a guy who drafted in the 7th round and played junior last year as still a prospect, but I have to concede he looks like a guy who's in the NHL to stay.
you know, the hockey community always sells our players short.
Everytime i read the hockeynews(as i subscribe) and get to the depth chart of all the teams i laugh. Cause most teams have 3-6 players listed in the "next in line" catagory. Montreal usually has only 2 or 3 guys listed there as to say that we have few players next in line. Hell Toronto always has that catagory filled with 4-6 players listed.LOL
Halak is in the top 3 goalies from the AHL this season and last. There is nothing left in the AHL for him. If that isn't enough for this list than it is biased.
Halak has proven himself to be at the top of every level of hockey thats all. He will be more than capable to back up Price.
I don't recall the top 5 teams...I know Columbus was there, Pitts was number one I believe....I think they consider Chipper and S. Kost as graduates..which was very bizarre as Price was ranked. I am assuming chip and s. kost were with the big team at the time it was being made and Price was in the minors.
In terms of Team top 10. After those 4..i believe they had 5) Fisher 6) Yemelin 7) Maxweel, 8) White 9) ? forget 10) was Grabovski.
