I think our new intro should include roller coasters because that has been the theme since the end of last season for Predators fans. You just never know if we are going to remain on a level, climb a hill, or have the bottom drop out...

I would like to see the team that played Dallas the other night lol

Even if we lost, it would be nice to lose by one? Not 20 lol

our last game vs the flames was one of our best of the season, hopefully we can bring that again.

May as well go with Mason. He actually looked pretty good last night, given what was in front of him.

Why can I hear the words, "trade me right freaking now!!!" resonating from Mason's hotel room followed by a big bang as he throws the phone through the wall???

Wow, total shocker...thought this would be Mason's shot to prove himself, but obviously the message is very clear now that Ellis is our No. 1 goalie until he proves otherwise and Mase is going to sit on the bench and watch until he is called upon.

Wow...

True, poor terminology. I should have said our starting goalie. Looks like we're going to ride Ellis till he either carries us to the playoffs (and beyond) or until he breaks down and then it's more likely that Rinne will be recalled still rather than playing Mason.

Well makes sense I guess, cant fault him too much for the shortie or the 5 on 3 against. The 3rd goal was questionable as well.

I'll admit I only listened and didnt get to see the game. Are the coaches mad at Mason for letting in the goals when the game was still in reach? The 5 hole goal sounded weak.

I'm just gonna assume that Ellis is getting the start since Mason handled most of the workload last night.

Mason started over twenty straight games two seasons ago when Vokoun was hurt and did a long stretch in a row last season when Tomas broke his thumb. Trust me, whatever the reason given for starting Mason tonight...rest is certainly not one of the choices.

Phlegms? I was coming over to wish you guys good luck, but, you can forget about that now!

Personally I would have really wanted a three point game, more so because it really would have bothered the Nucks, but no longer, the Preds are going down.

Please, you mean the one you started? Sigh, that is so sad you carry the hate after all this time. Though the memory of Kipper kicking Vokoun's ass, still makes me laugh.

You guys are so going down.

Bring It!

Fire Trotz, I want to give you full credit for at least knowing that my username "Hyde" was from "Jeckyl and Hyde" and not named after that guy from, that "70's Show".

As for Jeckyl "she" is to busy moderating the Flames board, but Hyde she'll be around, after all who is going to rub it in your face when the Flames dominate the Preds in very near future.

Yes DOMINATE!

Maybe another smackdown of Iginla by Tootoo at some point? Anyway, good period, very good period by the Preds. They seem to be skating well at this point. Hopefully they don't fall off the cliff in the 2nd.

Sigh, does Tootoo have the kahunas to go after anyone on the Flames? I think not. Honestly I haven't even noticed him so far.

Dan Ellis = resilience

Does anyone know what happened to Legwand? The Flames PBP guys were too busy talking about how good Iginla is to mention it.

Little Scooter Nichol = SECRET WEAPON!

And you have to know Rads felt redeemed setting up the GWG after that idiotic penalty with 2 minutes left...on a night where he had already been demoted to the third line for most of the night as penance for bad penalties and weak defense the night before.
