I didn't read the thread, but just wanted to point out that Koivu moved into 14th all time for the Habs, passing Mario Tremblay and he's 4 pts behind Claude Provost for 13th overall.

As for the game, nice rebound game for Price thought he was really solid in helping us steal 2 pts, boys looked tired last night, perhaps too much fun in the sun? Pleks is on fire of late, what a year he's having.

As a Coyotes fan I would like your opinions on Mueller. There were a few praises on his game in the games thread.

Anyone care to elaborate?

Is there a pic of Markov jumping after his goal?

He looked pretty exasperated after the goal. It's a frustrating feeling when you don't see it at all.

People here calling it a weak goal, while not surprising considering some of the posters we have, is still pretty idiotic because it was so obviously a screened shot - and a good shot.

He took the exact same penalty two shifts afterwards.

Control your stick. That is just unforgiveable.

Koivu >>>> Mario Tremblay

Congrats Saku! I hope you make it into the top 10!

Tellqvist was not pulled at the time. When they did pull him it was 5 on 4 for Phoenix

Fixed that for you... and we lucke dout and had him again vs the Sens<sigh>.. He seems to have a new thing.. Delayed penalty. You pull your goalie, No one on the othr team with 20 feet of your puck handler, Blow the whistle and stop playand assign the penalty,.. ***.. 2 times tonight vs the Sens

The second penalty was not his fault. Lapierre deserves as much blame for hitting the opponent with his stick after being tripped as Olli Jokinen has for slicing Richard Zednik's neck with his skate.

I would have instead given two minutes to the Yote who tripped Lapierre, and if Phoenix complained about their player being cut, I would have upped the penalty to FOUR minutes.
