Guys like Tanguay, Lombardi & Phaneuf all had a great game, but tonight was Iginla's night! A 3 point game, and the franchise-leading goal - Jarome Iginla gets my vote for MVP.

While Iginla played a huge game and picked up his historic goal, I gotta give some love to Lombardi. Scoring the SH goal sealed the deal for us tonight. We were reeling a bit when it was 3-2, but after Lombo scored the game was over imo.

Big game, big win!

Who did Kipper throw the puck at tonight? That was hilarious!

Yeah, that goal was HUGE. One of Lombardi's best games of the season, too. And after that SHG, you could see the confidence he was playing with. I love games like this, where you have various players you can vote for MVP, and not just one or two.

Nice game tonight. It's certianly nice to see the scoreboard filled up a bit. Offensively there was many good performaces. But MVP has to go to IGGY

Great game by the flames tonight. Nice to see Juice and Lombardi finally end their slumps. Lombardi was great all game. Probably one of his better games of the season. Used his speed well and was just going all night. Hope he got some much needed confidence tonight. Tanguay had a great game as well. And of course Iggy with the record goal and 3 points. So happy he finally got the goal and happy he got it on home ice.

Huge roadtrip coming up against non playoff teams. Need to continue playing well and getting wins.

a lot of stars in this game.... tough call but I gave it to Iggy for his accomplishments as a Flame.

Honorable mention to Lombardi, Nilson, Tanguay, Kipper, Huselius, Langkow......

Huge win by the Flames last night, which may be worth more than two points. It should give us a tremendous boost in self-confidence and I hope, that Huselius may go off to another hot-streak after he finally broke his slump and faces his favorite division the next couple of games.
St. Louis playing style played into our hands, cause they gave up lots of space in the offensive zone and tried to create something on their own instead of trapping the neutral zone.
Can't say, which one was the most important goal of the night, but the Flames always had the right answer and scored the goals always at the right time to avoid the mental breakdown, we have seen so often this season. Tanguay opening up the score with 21 seconds played was huge, as well as the two slumpbuster by Huselius and Lombardi and Iginla's record-setting goal.
Nevertheless I gave my vote to Langkow, who set the screen for the Huselius and the Iginla goal and had an huge defensive play in the opening minutes of the game and prevented an early tie. Moreover he set up Huselius and Iginla nicely a few times and scored a goal on his own. HM go to Iginla, Phaneuf, Lombardi and last but not least Kiprusoff, who made some crucial saves to defend the lead.

Great game that was very fun to watch! Although we had a couple defensive miscues, Iggy, Dion and Miika had strong nights. And like was said, it's great to see our other skill guys score. The night though belongs to Iggy.

But Lombo's goal was sweet and Godard put a nice move on the D to set Nilson up for the goal. And I love Kipper standing up for himself. Bring on Ovy8.

Amazing game by everyone tonight, just a perfect all around game. Iggy scores, Juice scores, Lombo scores, only Hale has to score this season and we're set!

Tanguay gets my MVP vote.

Late to the party, but that was a great to attend.

Hardly a perfect game, but then is there such a thing as perfection?

MVP: Tanguay, as much as I want to have selected Iggy, Alex had a great game.

Hopefully Huselius and Lombardi are spurred on a little bit as the playoffs approach now that they've busted their slumps.

Seeing that highlight of Kipper throwing the puck at Rucinsky was the highlight of the night for me.

p.s - I'm disappointed Lunatik is gone for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately I can understand his reasoning from the little I've heard and can sympathize with his decision. Great poster.
