Well, we all know that McPhee is the reason why Canada's age average is well over 10 years of it's real mark.

This preservation of his must have something to do with his relation with Clover...

I use mushroom gravy. Some might object, but it is very tasty, goes awesome with the cheese, and is much healthier which should prolong my poutine enmjoying capabilities as i eat one as I watch every game.

Also frozen fries. Making your own fries is hardcore.

Gotta use cheese curds though. well worth shelling out the extra couple of bucks IMHO.

Question/tip for you Chezz; do you only fry them once in the grease/oil? I like my fries crispy sometimes. You can make them much crispier if you let them dry then return them to the hot grease for a second/thrid go.

Bileur, youhave to understand the poutine
in here and its utter significance.

I mean you no harm but maybe you need some 'special time'
to kneel and reflect upon the Order of the PHC
and the concept of the "Perfect Poutine"...

This cannot be taken lightly...

Gaze upon this my Friend and be replete...

Yep..well aware of that technique...I however like my fried a bit soggy (nothing against crisp...just a matter of preference)

I love this thread and it always puts me back in a better frame of mind!

Now both my teams are on the brink, going to a game seven, so what do I do? I grab some curds from "Couche Tawl" just delivered by a family member from Montreal. Get out the poutine gravy mix and next thing you know, I am enjoying the best comfort food in California, to help me get through this stress full time!

GO Sharks and Habs!!!
