Plyometrics

Heard a lot about these exercises but I don't know which would help hockey players,suggestions?

Haven't tried them, but this site seems to have quite a few
Lower Body:

I'd assume that for hockey you'd more be concerned with the lower body aspect.

Just about any plyo has a benefit for an ice hockey player. These develop explosiveness and an elasticity to your mucles. The only area of caution is regarding the hops and jumps. These are hard on the knees so keep hights limited when starting plyos or if you have knee problems. Landings should be on the toes and leaps can be aided by arm swings and such.
