What has this world turned into... I have no problem with people rating Bantams because the CHL is already doing it as they should... but Mites, Novice, Squirts, Atom, Pee Wees? This is sick.

I feel sorry for these young kids that will be under so much pressure.

When Wayne Gretzky played at the Quebec City International Pee-Wee tournament, we already knew he was going to play in the NHL one day.

When Guy Lafleur played at the Quebec City International Pee-Wee tournament, we already knew he was going to play in the NHL one day.

This is this kind of kids we are trying to identify in this thread.

Exactly Thanks man. I'm not askin someone to predict who will be 1st overall in 2017.I'm just wondering if there are any young phenoms out there like Lemieux,Gretzky, etc. And from what I gather there actually are a few young kids out there right now

Just because you find it strange that some people like to project so far ahead, it doesn't give you a right to come into their thread and bash them. If the bashing continues, infractions will start to go out.

Well they aren't 13 or 14 anymore, but 1st round projected Shane McColgan and Rocco Grimaldi were pretty much known all throughout So Cal ice hockey for their skills. Rocco moved to Detroit when he was around that age because he was so good Honeybaked took notice and asked to him to play with them I believe.

Actually he played with the Little Caesars program. So many programs in Detroit so its easy to get them confused.

My draft is 2012, I play for summer league teams where we play supposedly the "All-Sweden and All-Russian" teams. We beat both of them, and we're not even the best team in New York State. Played a kid a few days ago from Missassauga (sp. I know) he was a 95 HUGE, strong, and fast. He was a defenseman too I might add. He absolutely HAMMERED a kid, broke his nose. Then the next shift he scored with a slap shot from the point. He was really, really good.

Kim Lilja scored 2 goals for Lulea J20 today. He is one of 2 TOP forwards of his age(94 born) in Sweden(another is Sebastian Collberg).

Lilja is the youngest scorer ever in J20 SuperElit.

heres some stats: height:3'11 i think, weigth:45lbs or something, shoots left
born october 14th 2000

13gp: 5 goals, 6 assists
look for him in the 2020 nhl draft first overall, and the leafs will probably still be rebuilding

I'm quite sure there is 9/10 of guys who "we knew" would be in NHL, but they never made it. At least.

I'm not saying ppl couldn't predict from 10y something, but same time there is quite big percentage of these phenemenons who won't make it to NHL.
