Player Poll

After yesterday's thread, these seem to be the primary choices that the fans would like to see. Pick which you would MOST like to get.

(I'm now going to figure out how to actually add the poll to this.... haha... or wait, can I not do that because I'm still a "rookie" user?)

Until I actually figure it out, here are the top choices:

Jeff Carter
Brian Campbell
Antoine Vermette
Patrick Marleau
Olli Jokinen

That sucks. Anyway to speed up this 90-day Business?

If someone else wants to create the poll I can just delete this thread

Campbell hands down. Columbus has never had a true weapon on the blueline.

Yep, Campbell. I'll even grimace/tolerate Gare saying "soupy" 50 times a game.

Jokinen or Marleau, if there's a trade they have no choice but to play here. Campbell has a choice, and it won't be here, so I'm not getting my hopes up for him.

Become a sponsor is the only way I have heard to speed up the 90 day.

I personally just waited.

Yeah I would hate to see what might happen to some of us if we played our cards right. The way I have it figured we have the available cash AND trading pieces that we possibly could end up with something in the way of Marleau, Jokinen and Campbell. you have to figure there will be salary going away with the trade offsetting some of the salary surplus and then there shoould be plenty to land a big fish or two and still stay in budget. If we add Marleau or Jokinen or both Campbell will be more than happy to come here (for the right $ of course).

That's not true, Berard had one.

Anyway, I say out of those, Campbell hands down.

Jan "Captain Hook" Hrdina.

Or if he's not available Marleau and Campbell.

Got to rethinking this and wanted to retool my idea. Let's figure either Jokinen or Marleau at center and we talk Peca into resigning a similar deal to what he had this season (incentive laden). Gives us plenty of money for Campbell leftover and setting pretty to make a few other moves to bolster the lineup further. I see this offseason with us being major players and making some unforeseen moves. It would not suprise me to see some moves that make us wonder why (like this previous offseason) and also some moves that we either never thought could happen or would happen. I am very excited for different reasons than every season past for the offseason to come this year.

He has scored some amazing goals...

Maybe it's time for a second look?
And he does have 18 goals this year in Sveeden.
