I have to admit that I did a real life version of the spinning, crazy smiley when Pleks scored. And again when Higgy scored.

and LOL sabre fans must be in SHOCK...there STILL in the arena just asking each other what just happened and why wont the police arrest the habs
Not bashing Streit..

But its games like this that make me wish Komisarek was on D, and Streit was in the 4th line.

I was listening to Keep your head up by Tupac during every single goal.

Moral of the story: Even when the Habs are sucking, we ****ing rock.

He was playing defense for all three points he scored... In fact, I'd like to see a breakdown, but I am pretty sure he's been on D for a vast majority of them.

If the Habs aren't the team to beat in the East right now then I don't know who is. With the way your team is playing right now, they can totally get to the Cup Finals. With that said though, I'd still love to see the Sens take on your Habs in the conference finals. That series would be so fun to watch and be a part of as a fan.

Congrats on the win tonight. It doesn't mathematically clinch the division for you guys but I think it's safe to say that the division is all yours. The only way the Sens can take the division is if they go at least 3-1 in the final 4 games and the Habs go at least 1-3 in their remaining games. That's pretty much not going to happen because you guys play the Leafs twice and those should be 2 easy wins for you guys :p

So winning games won't work in the playoffs? You know you only have to win 4 of 7 games to win a series. If you completely dominate teams for every second of the game, it's worth the same as a game like tonight. You do realize this, don't you?

Higgins and Streit atone for what was generally a lousy game for both of them.

Pleks is Johnny on the spot.
Gorges was active.
Ryder was good.
Price kept us in it.

The rest of the team looked like they were still on the "layoff".

This is why I watch the games in their ENTIRETY!

We didn't deserve the points tonight, but we'll take them.
Buffalo fans must be just sick............ I'd love to hear Rick Jennerette (spelling?) right about now!!!

So you wish we had our number one pairing defense playing instead of our backup defenseman? Wow... what a revelation.

I wonder if there's still a goaltending controversy after that shaky performance by Price??

Hey, I cheered for the Leafs a few nights ago, so I mean... anything happens at this time of year.

I felt dirty, I admit, but I really wanted the Leafs to get 8th!

Streit is a good player.. but he's a better offensive player than defensive. He is great off the rush, makes good passes in open ice, is quite good on the point, etc..

But he has trouble containing people along the boards, and he has trouble with decision making when pressed deep in the zone.

Recognizing his strenghts and weaknesses, I think he makes a fantastic utility/3rd liner and pplay specialist.
