What the eff are some of the old timers talking about?
Sometimes I wonder about the revisionist history that some of the old timers talk about. Our own color analyst Terry Crisp talks all the time about players having no respect for one another anymore but if you watch some of the old clips I think it's crap.
Over the years I have seen video of things that players used to do and wondered what would happen if it was done now. Well, while watching NHL network today I have seen more examples of what would be called a complete lack of respect today shown by Gordie and it makes me shake my head at the hypocrisy.
