Meh, who cares about this game anyway? The Habs treated it as such.

The one true disappointment for me is Grabovski. Totally invisible with a HUGE opportunity offered to him.

Let's just hope all the injured and banged up will be back soon...

Grabs had 10 minutes of ice time...

I don't care if you've made the playoffs or not, what are you going to do? Not care for the rest of the season?

You CAN'T DO THAT.

I'm not mad we lost, but I just wonder if they are going to show the same effort for the next 3 games as they did the last 2?

I could go study or something.

yep Leafs went from 7th to 10th worst i believe...hehe

Anyways 2 piss poor effort and we managed to get 2 points out of 4, we need to get back to the basics and we REALLY need Komo back ASAP.

Sure we can, we've all but clinched a top 2 spot in the conference.

Stop freaking out, for once, we don't have to wait until the final game of the year to find out if we've made the playoffs or not, enjoy it.

Not much one can do when you only get 10 minutes of ice time (GRABS)? The habs were shorthanded for most of the game. They never had a chance to build any momentum!

I thought Grabovski looked very fast and worked hard defensively in his limited minutes. I don't think he had more than 11 minutes.

Gorges played his worst game of the season. On the ice for all four goals against.

Just a pathetic effort. Really a waste of my time to watch that.

Yes but it's nice get in the PO with some momentum...now they just play lazy and make mistakes after mistakes, it's hard to lose bad habits once you get them...

To be honest, I just want to see our guys healthy for the playoffs. We do still need to scrounge another win, I want to see us break the 100 mark. Crappy game overall, no sustained pressure at any time except for a couple of shifts. The bottom lines played well though. Can't say the same for the Pleks line.

Yea I was totally wrong about Kovalev tonight. I thought he'd dominate. He and A. Kostitsyn didn't feel like playing.

The only player worse than -1 is Gorges, who's -4. The big T.O. forwards killed him down low.

I truly thought he'd step up.

The losing isn't that big of a deal however Kovalev absolutely failing to show up disappoints me. A disgusting effort by the trio.

He has been praised to death this year and rightfully so but he should be blasted for this disgraceful performance in the absence of Koivu.

Agreed, I wouldn't be surprised if most of Pleks/Kovy's ice time was on the PK.

I thought Lapierre is one of the few guys who were really trying tonight.

Higgins was all right, but he doesn't seem to be able to score when he's alone with the goaltender, would it be a shootout or a penalty shot.

I do hope the injuries are not going to remain for weeks.

I like Gorges, he always gives 110% out there but i've been saying it all year: he's not that physical in his zone and thats a big no-no..

CBC is saying Saku could be out 6-8 weeks!

I don't believe it. If he's out that long we're screwed. He is far and away our best face-off man and gives us a 2nd/3rd line scoring unit.

I don't expect to see him for the rest of the season if his foot is that bad, but as soon as the swelling goes down he's in for the play-offs. Saks always plays through injuries. The only way he's not in is if his foot requires surgery.
