No Cup winner since 02 has won more than 5 out of its last 10 regular season games

Last 10 games of the regular season:

2007 Anaheim Ducks 5-3-2
2006 Carolina Hurricanes 5-3-2
2004 Tampa Bay Lightning 5-4-0-1
2003 New Jersey Devils 5-0-4-1
2002 Detroit Red Wings 1-3-4-2

There, so stop freaking out about us slowing down on our way to the playoffs, every Cup winner in recent times has done so as well

So we hope the Habs lose the next 3?

If the Habs even win 1 of those they will not fit into this category.

I'm assuming they had the West locked up and coasted down the stretch.

You've got me beat (71,73,76-79 and 86,93) total of 8.
