Opinions on CCM U+ Skates

What do you think of them? If you have worn them, how do they feel? RocketRunner's worth it? My pumps (RBK 7K Pumps) broke on both skates and I'm trying to decide whether or not to get the U+'s. Any advice?

Doubt many people have skated them yet, seeing as they're a spring release. Ask JR, he has, and I think he lurks here.

My coach went to some hockey show and they were there, but they didnt have them in his size bc he has freakishly large feet. i guess no one else here went to any of the shows...

I guess what I'm trying to say is, it's hard to say how they feel and if the rocketrunner works if no one has worn them on ice.

Guess you missed the one90s and all cracking holders and snapped tendon guards.

any semi decent hockey player knew the one-90's were ****.

I've skated on XV's for my high school career and I just bought XXX's.

So you acknowledge that the Bauer quality there suffered? How about them Vapor XXs? The quality of those were a bit down the crapper too, hence they needed a Vapor XXX.

But actually the one90s are a pretty nice skate with some shortcoming, and hopefully the one95 fixes some of that.

I'm just giving you crap, but I don't think any brand is more or less 'better' than any other.

Gotta agree with sc37, the one90's were a pretty good skate. I enjoyed both pairs I had.
