Zhitnik. I think he's had the better overall career than Murray, and defencemen are harder to find.

Murray.

Has there been a better draft in the past 20 years?

I don't see how Murray is getting so many votes over Ozolinsh and Zhitnik, one of whom has outscored him over their careers and the other of whom is not far behind, despite both being defensemen. Ozolinsh was also a key player on a Stanley Cup team. These sorts of polls should be about "what have you done", not "what have you done for me 13 years after the fact".

Whitney is the more constant scorer.
Murray has size advantages.

I'll go with Whitney.

I cant believe no one has picked Aaron Ward. Just kidding, I would have to agree with the majority and say I would pick Murray.

Id take Murray now...

but for their whole careers...Ozolinsh or Zhitnik...

This draft was over a decade ago and you guys are only concerned about the last couple years when Murray has been good. It's funny how quickly you forget that it took Murray 10 years to finally break out, where as other guys from this draft have have been good the whole time.

(Murray's first great season was at 28 I believe...I don't think that's what GMs are looking for when they draft someone)

Think before you vote guys.

you want to draft someone that sucks for 10 years then finally becomes a good player?
