I'll be at the game tonight! My dad just got a new camera so we're definitely going to go a bit early and get to ice level to take some pictures and videos, I'll post the best ones here when I get the chance. Not sure what to expect out of this game, you never know with the Sens. Last time we went to a game in Ottawa, the Sens blew the Habs out 8-3...anyways, we're just going to have fun, and I know we won't be alone in there. Go Habs go!

Correct

Richards was the Captain

I'm not going to use injuries as an excuse. Teams have had injuries and have played very well this year including Pittsburgh (Crosby, Hossa, Roberts) and the Rangers (Shanahan, Orr). If losing Koivu is going to cause our downfall then our team has lot's of work to do in the offseason. The loss of Koivu should make everyone in that dressing room work harder. If we don't come out flying tonight I'll be very disappointed. We need this game to clinch second seed in the East and to send a message to them that we can beat them a second time in a row.

Richards was the captain in 2005. Gorges is older and played in 2004.

There have been some cases when they have stepped it up.Just every game which the need.

True. There isn't a team in the East that doesn't have an achilles heel. Everyone has a weakness and in my opinion, the winner of the conference will be the team that can avoid having their weakness from being exploited.

François Gagnon is on Ottawa's local sport radio show talking about the... Habs.

It's funny cause he seems to be regarded as a big Sens fan around here and on 110% but there is no Sens talk at all at the moment, only positives about the Habs.

Until I get my Journey avatar, I'm going to have to be a bit pessimistic tonight

Seems like there's a huge onus on Ottawa to play well tonight, whereas the Habs probably just want to make it to next Sunday without any injuries.

Is it just me or is anyone else here kind of excited to see what the Higgins/Kosty Jr?Ryder combo can do? If they can contribute and click we could have Koivu back in the playoffs with Lats and Streit???

Anybody watched la zone yesterday? They had a clip of Kovy skating in the dark and the spotlight was following him around so he went to hide behind the net

Can I find it somewhere on the net?

EDIT: I found it in the Video Section of Radio-Canada.

Around what time did they show it?

So it looks like Grabovski is out tonight. Lapierre will be centering that line with Dandenault.

Bad decision IMO.. I hope Grabs gets to play in the playoffs.. over a guy like dandy..

This is what I found..

Head coach Mario Durocher also announced that Daniel Paillé (Welland, ON/Guelph, OHL), will be the team’s captain. Assistant captains will be Tim Brent (Cambridge, ON/ Toronto St. Michael’s, OHL) and Maxime Talbot (St-Bruno, QC/ Gatineau, QMJHL).

Why would he talk about the Sens?

My question is, if you're Bryan Murray, do you have the cajones to pull Gerber if the game is tied late? I say no, but some fans would disagree.

I know, he was on the show to talk about the Habs since he's Lapresse's beat reporter.

But I just thought it was funny to hear the host say: "We have François Gagnon on the line and we're going to talk about the habs." When he gets ripped every day on his blog or on 110% about the Sens season and for being a fan of the team.

Well, as poorly as Dandy has played this year, I still remember the way he played against Carolina in our last playoffs. He was a demon.

I have no problem giving Dandenault a chance - the playoffs are a MUCH more physical brand of hockey so Grabs will probably be thankful!
