Mark Bell's cage

Is that not the definition of irony?

I'd say it's more like coincidence, irony is used too freely these days.
Awesome observation anyways.

Unless you consider that he shouldn't be a "caged" man until he begins serving his sentence, not before.

Which makes no sense, if he's done something bad enough that he needs to be removed from society for 6 months, why was he allowed to finish the season ?

Does being an NHL player change the physics behind hitting someone with a car ?

Mark Bell is going to jail at season's end (for 6 months I think?) for some sort of accident he had while driving under the influence.

Mark bell was wearing a "cage" last night to protect some facial injuries he sustained.

Mark Bell and his "cage".

So....Bell injured Fisher and Alfredsson yesterday, while Tucker was ready to blow out Heatley's knees....

Anybody praying that Kovalev don't play tomorrow???

Shouldn't we just call Locke, Milroy and the whole AHL team and play them instead???

It is not.

Irony would be Bell starting a hockey camp Sunday on respecting your fellow players.

There's special conditions for seasonal workers. NHL Player just so happens to be a seasonal occupation, although I think it's stretching it a bit much. I could understand if you were a poor fisherman, who committed a minor felony, that had to provide for his family. Not a millionaire-drunk-hit-and-run-driver.

Oh well, maybe he'll get a 400 lbs Habs fan as a cell mate who hasn't seen a woman in 10 years.

I would think that the Leafs will be watched very closely tomorrow night by the officials...there better not be any of that **** going on...
