Thanks, I love the fact that every game is at 7:00, I hate afternoon game on weekend. I just can't wait for it to begin.

The great thing about playing the Bruins for those of us in the states is that NESN will broadcast the games in HD. We're stuck with Boston announcers but the picture will be great. Even when CBC carries the game in HD, we get the regular picture in the states.

Excellent, the Habs finish on Tuesday which will give them a bit of rest for the Rangers.

Not too bad a schedule for me. I'll get to watch games 2 + 3, and also game 5 if it goes that far.

Hope this game won't conflict with Georges St. Pierre vs. Serra fight at UFC 83.

im sure he means, the game still on in OT and GSP fight.

I doubt it.

habs game would start at 7 the latest and the UFC goes on air at 10. GSP is the 5th on air fight.

andthe fact that the game time is still TBD, they may make it an afternoon game knowing habs fans wanna watch the game and be able to attend the UFC.

They could overlap at the same time if its an evening game and goes to overtime, that would suck dumbass wouldn't it?

Probably more like 12 EST, I'd think. But then again I haven't watched an event since UFC 69 or 70 so maybe my perception of how long they last is a bit off. Either way, barring extended overtime, we'll be alright to experience both

I remember that there were a boxing bout that was delayed to midnight (local time) in Germany because the German futbol team was playing a crucial game on that night. However, I doubt that GSP would fight while the Habs are playing; GSP would forfeit to watch the Habs, he's a big fan LOL. It did happen to Nalbandian (pro Tennis player, #4 at the time) who didn't show up for his match to watch the Argentine FC play. Back o hockey, if game 6 starts at 7pm, it would be almost impossabile that the game would still be going when GSP gets in the cage, unless the game goes to 2nd OT. However, it would suck for those who got their ticket to UFC 83 and wants to see Habs play. They would have to choose between the UFC 83 undercard, or watch Habs. Solution: LA CAGE AUX SPORTS (at Bell Centre if possible)!!! I'd think I'd spent my whole day there if Game 6 is played in the afternoon LOL

I like the schedule...I hate having a long wait between games!

My only concern (and probably a stupid one) has to do with Koivu. If he is able to play, he'll have to do it with quite a bit of pain. Wouldn't his foot swell up a little bit after every game? If so, he might have trouble getting into a skate on Sunday. Purely useless speculation on my part though.

If I'm mistaken, Game three overlaps with the Yanks/Sox first series of the year closer? HA. The whole city will be admiring Manny pissing on the green monster again...
