Bauer Vapor XXXX vs Easton Stealth S15 vs CCM Vector V10.0

Nike Bauer Vapor XXXX

Easton Stealth S15 Composite

CCM Vector V10.0

I need to buy new skates and I need your advice folks. Which ones in your opinion are the better skates? I've always been a CCM guy, but I keep hearing people Bauer and Easton skates are better, so I'm leaning towards these 2 brands. Problem is, I've always worn CCM skates only...

Thank you in advance

Have you tried all 3 on? They all fit different foot shapes. And depending on your foot shape, some of these could really hurt to wear.

I loved my V10.0's and now that the U+ is out they'll be on clearance so you can get a top-end skate for ~$249.99

I got the s-15's and they are lite as hell! They make other skates feel like bricks. They fit like shoes and they offer good protection too, not tryna force it on you just making it known

The best skate is the one that fits you the best.

The shape of your foot is probably the reason you have always skated in CCM. Each of the skates you listed fit very different from one another, so it is incredibly unlikely that you would be able to skate comfortably in all three of them.

Most skate companies only make skates that fit one or two types of feet, with the exception of Graf, who try to (and are very successful at it) fit many different types through having a good half dozen models, each with a signifigantly different fit.

Best place to go for skate advice is modsquadhockey.com

If you've always worn CCMs and haven't had problems with them, stick with the CCMs. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Easton S15 skates fall apart really easily...Vector 10s seem to be tanks, Vapor XXXX seem to hold up pretty well.
