Probably in response to the Bruins thread "Shoot high on Price, glove side.... Mark it down!"

Thomas isn't bad on the fifth hole, he's just bad on ALL five holes, when playing the Habs.

He's let in a lot of 5 hole goals against us this year. Hope he keeps it up.

Have you been hanging out on the Bruins board? Don't do that. It messed with my head yesterday. See my brilliant question in the GDT, I was seeing things from their perspective...

Not sure this needed its own thread.... but it *is* already a well-documented fact, so not exactly a bold prediction needing a "mark it down."

There were the 2 fancy Kovalev goals, and other plays...

dont have a pic but the goal by Kovalev when he split the D, there was enough room for a train to pass through his legs.

Actually, you're wrong. Thomas has an impeccable five hole. Nothing can get through it. All those pucks the Habs shot? Stopped.

The problem is that Tim Thomas EATS PUCKS FOR BREAKFAST and after taking shots from the Habs, he poops the pucks out. That's why you see them softly drizzle from under him and slide into the net.

Go ahead. Watch the Kovalev goals. Thomas stopped him. A puck simply got pooped out.

In all seriousness, im a bit worried about Tim Thomas' new pads. He looks way bigger in nets and more comfortable with them, he did well with them last game vs us. Anyone can give me more details?

You mean Thomas's left? Glove side?

Mr. Plekanec agrees with you.

Forget going five hole or short side or high glove hand. Get the puck on net (if you can make him move across the crease, so much the better) and have the forwards collapse on the play, Thomas' biggest weakness is rebound control.

Rebound control and recovery after a lot of lateral movement.

The reason why he's so spectacular is because he is out of position all the time.

The first pic is the best one, when Thomas get's up and skates away like a big retard and trips and the puck

I really don't care about his 5-hole...as long as he keeps his pie-hole shut.

Somebody on these boards had posted a mini clip of him slipping on the puck..it was like a 2 second clip that kept on playing over and over and over....it was almost hypnotizing!

Believe it or not, I thought I read somewhere he was supposedly one of the best 5-hole goalies in the league. I've also seen him play other teams, and this seems to be true. I think Thomas in general just can't beat the habs period.

Therefore, the more you shoot, the more he moves. As long as this series will go, tired and exhausted Thomas will get.

Goalies must learn to manage themselves!

Yeah glove side- last season Kovalev kept owning him on the glove side - I think Thomas will be prepared this time. I hope his lateral movement is good - he's going to need it.

The Bruins can't even scout a goalie right, if you wanna score on Price, it's high blocker. That's what Detroit did.

No, if Bruins want to beat Price, they have to shoot in his stomach, right in the middle of the logo.

WTK, you don't know how to play hockey...
