There's a Rangers truck that gives out some Ranger things to wave around between the Path train and Rock.

Blue pom poms because its Rangers blue.. the towels are cool too but they blend in with the Devils giveaway towels. Also those Lets Go Rangers posters, and a few other cool things.. would be awesome to see the atmosphere if the Rangers fans were able to stick out a bit more.

For 130 dollars, you better bet your bottom dollar (or 130 of them) that i'll be showing my blue.

Where does the Path come into Newark? is it still Penn Station? If you're coming from NJT, where does one have to go to get stuff to wave. I plan on being intoxicated and loud, yet still respectful.

Thanks, but I should have been clearer. I'll be taking NJT from south of Newark so I was wondering how to get to where the Rangers bus will be....

Myself and a friend began work on a gigantic ranger flag for away game 2 back in 05-06. We were told no way we would get it in because of the size, so it's still unfinished But it was probably for the better as we had crap thrown at us just for cheering a goal, no matter how irrelevant the goal was !

I posted on the other thread but it applies here too ..

Rangers plan train event for Game 2

newyorkrangers.com Apr 10, 2008, 10:19 PM EDT

In appreciation of the many Blueshirts fans who are attending Rangers-Devils playoff games at Newark's Prudential Center, the Rangers organization invites fans to travel together in a show of solidarity on Friday.

Rangers fans holding tickets to Game 2 and planning to take the train to New Jersey are invited to join Rangers and MSG staff members at The Garden lobby entrance at 4:30 p.m.

The first 100 fans to arrive at The Garden lobby entrance will receive free New Jersey Transit tickets to Newark, as well as Rangers playoff towels and placards.

Once the group is assembled, we will go into Penn Station and board the 5:30 p.m. train to Newark as a group.

honestly, I think showing pride (ranger related or otherwise) would entail not resorting to cheap gimmicks like blue pom poms, but rather just showing up and being as loud as possible. Then again, I have been called a curmudgeon more than a few times in my life, so maybe I'm being one now.

wait the titans game is free if you wear a NYR jersey?! Are you sure about that?

I can't find this info anywhere - my friend is a huge lax fan and wants to go tonight and he's close to buying tickets
