Okay... so we'll count those 2 and the florida game that got them into the playoffs...
Then we'll count all the ones i posted earlier... that makes him what something like
3-7 which isn't very good.
okay...maybe you should count every single game he won with Washington to set a franchise record for most wins in a row, because every game the Caps were facing elimination, and every game he came up huge.
Here's a stat for you: Price made it past the first round, Huet didn't. How bout another one, Price is 20 years old, Huet is 30 something.
Huet did not have a future with this team. Let it go. Arguing about whether or not we could have gone further with Huet is futile, because we'll never know.
The 1st part of your post is debateable (though I really don't want to) on how Huet could've done if he were here, seeing he is a Bruins killer.
2nd, you're right, he didn't have a future, it doesn't mean his tenure couldn't have last 3 more months or so.
Arguing is useless, but I can't take credit for this one, I didn't start it this time, I just joined in.
But you're right, it's getting tiring talking about the same thing all the time whenever it pops up.
Listen dimwits, the Habs didn't have faith in Huet and Huet lost the starting job to Price. It was his to lose and he did just that, so is it possible for your dead horse beaters to grow a brain and begin to think intelligently?
