In N' Out is the best fast food burger I've ever had, but nothing can ever be the best burger I've ever had unless they cook it at least medium-rare.

It's really too bad that it's privately owned, I would franchise that **** in Carlsbad, the closest one is about 10 to 15 minutes away but a place like that would absolutely kill here.

In-N-Out is great, only had it once, when I was staying with family near Vegas.

But don't be fooled, it's not miles better than Wendy's or Hardy's.

Cookout is better. Too bad it's such a smaller chain and NC only.

I only saw one in Virginia, but never up here. Why do they always advertise when there isn't one anywhere near me?

I personally like Five Guys' burgers (although I try to only go once a month, I want to stay fit!). How does In-N-Out compare to those?

Agreed. They opened up one in Brooklyn last year. It's as good as it gets.

I saw that movie, & I have to say its dead on, about 5 yeaes ago when I was moving & inbetween places I was in chaos all my stuff was packed & I had 3 weeks of limbo where I ate fast food for about 3 weeks, I put on about 15 pounds.

I'll hit Royr or wendys every 2 or 3 months. I look forward to it.

I have never heard of In-N-Out Burger. And I feel pretty good about how I don't feel sorry for people who haven't tried a burger.

I don't like hamburgers or their many derivatives. Meat was meant to be mashed up, and added with tomato, cheese and some sort of noodle to make a delicious pasta meal.

In-N-Out is actually much healthier than normal fast food places. The oils they use are free of trans fat. They also use pure beef and quality ingredients. You can even order a burger protein-style, where the bun is replaced with a lettice wrap. I mean, it's still not the healthiest food in the word, but to compare it to McDonalds is unwarranted.

This joint gets my seal of approval.

You can also order a Flying Dutchman, just meat and cheese and nothing else.

My buddy is a regional manager so I know all of the little tricks of their trade.

I usually get a Double Double mustard fried with animal fries.

The secret menu is the best part of In N Out. I love me a 4x4 every once in a while.

Do enlighten. There are 3 In-n-outs within a 5 minute drive of my place (including an E-Z Takeout and 2 Tommy's Burgers, and the Hat is not too far either), but I am always looking for something even better.

I went down to the OC for 5 days this summer.

Had In-N-Out every day at like midnight.

I make sure I have it when I go to the states.

In fact I have an In-N-Out t-shirt.

Burger chain that started in Goleta but have sprouting all over Ventura County...not sure if they hit LA County. I would think they have...and looking at their website they have: http://www.habitburger.com/
