Looks about right, except that Joks wont be on 1st line assuming Feaster shows he has some intellegence in the off-season. Throw Picard in there as well... he will definatly be up next season.

forgot about Picard switch him with Mihalik or Smaby
Boyle - Picard
Ranger - Finger
Lundin - Smaby
Maybe have O'brien as the 7th d
Smith
Ramo
I think Kuba would have value to Colorado as a possible Finger replacement since I feel Finger is due a raise and we could snap him up. If not Colorado, we can trade Kuba hopefully to someone like Chicago or LA that needs some more defensive help. I'd try to get picks in this year's draft if possible. Lukowich will be a tougher sell, but I think a 5th is possible. I really think getting as many picks in this (and next years) draft should be the goal. I'd kill for a switch to a more traditional system that puts more emphasis on defense and less on the offensive pinch. Let Boyle (and occasionally Ranger) skate it up when he's there, otherwise they should stay back.

I like it, but honestly we won't get Prospal back, he'll be asking too much (and rightfully so IMO) and we won't sign him with Torts on the bench...they just don't get along. Don't know much about Finger, but I'll go ahead and take your word on him since I'm not in the position to make team decisions

I know we won't get Prospal back, but damned if that's not my dream lineup. The MVP line just clicked so well. I see at least 3 or 4 teams making good offers to Prospal this offseason based on his 30 goals and playoff stats alone. He might get $4.5 million next season. I consider Finger a more polished and more defensive Ranger. Not a machine, but he scored 8-11-19 this year and was a +12. (For comparison, Ranger was 10-21-31) Made $475,000 this season according to nhlnumbers.com. May re-sign in COL though since Sakic is a UFA too and may sign 1 year deals until he retires.
I think if Naslund or Satan are cheap enough, the Lightning should show interest. Reclamation projects sometimes work, especially if the new guys are brought in to play with elite talent. I also think Feaster should send a scout out to Europe and bring back someone similar to Hlavac. It wasn't a bad idea. They should also re-sign Darche, MacDonald, and (I know he's easily broken) Craig. Craig will be cheap and he's shown he can stay in front of the net and be that presence that we've needed and will need more with Halpern out.
Ideally, I'd like:
Naslund* - Lecavalier - St. Louis
Jokinen - Stamkos - Craig*
Darche* - Jones - Oullet
Tarnasky - MacDonald* - Ward
Halpern
Picard - Boyle
Ranger - Kuba
Obrien - Lundin
Lukowich/Smaby
Ramo
Smith
Not really a playoff team, but maybe it'll be fun to watch.

I wouldn't mind that Satan guy... they say he's got a bad attitude but can bring some dark energy to this team.
Well, seeing as Hossa will be getting around 9 million probally we wont give up that money, Rolston will be looking for 4-5 million for four to five years which i dont think Jay will want, and then Malone would be around the same as Rolston, younger but more teams would like him so it'd be a bidding war for him which i know Jay will not partake in
Satan made $4.5 million last year. I think if we can get him for $3 million, I'd sign him for 4 years. But I don't see it happening. He's older, but still got those hands and a quick release. Who knows. Everything ultimately comes down to the budget. I think Dupuis and Miettinen could be solid signings.
Dupuis-Lecavalier-St Louis
Miettinen-Stamkos-Jokinen
Darche-Happy/Gratton/Jones-Ouellet
Ward-Tarns-Arty
Boyle-Picard
Ranger-Kuba
Obrien-Lundin
Smaby
Smith/Ramo
Lukowich should be traded and I'd trade Kuba if we could find a buyer. Give Smaby a shot as the #6 guy. Even bring up Mihalik at some point. I expect to see a much better overall defensive effort next season. Go Bolts!

From the sounds of feasters Q&A Craig will be coming back as will Darche. He talked about experimenting with Craig on the what will now be 3rd line.
Naslund is past it now do we really want someone like that on our top line? Especially as he has seemed disinterested in Vancouver, and undoubtedly his family will be there I doubt he moves to Tampa. Satan? another bargain bin pick? You are saying not really a playoff team, if so is Vinny really going to want to sign the extension that keeps him in Tampa till retirement that we all want him to?
Also I would switch Ward with R2, as by the sounds of it he is coming back, the Russian leagues arent suited to him because of his style of play and because Ward is invisible.
