Thanks Bruins fans! Very classy. You guys are going to be huge next year. Love the rivalry renuing and not for "which of us can make the playoffs". It's nice to see both teams improving so much.

At least we can both take solice with the fact that the Leafs still suck

Any year the Habs and Bruins meet in the playoffs.....its always....by far the best series to watch out of them all!!!! The other series' just don't provide such "edge of your seat" hockey.

Its always fast paced, good hard hitting, non-stop action. Saturday nights game was one of the best playoffs games I have even watched....dispite the Habs losing.

Congrats to the Bruins and their fans for a hard fought series. You proved a lot of hockey critics wrong.
Amen to that! that is what I am going to miss the most! Sataurday was a fun night to watch hockey. Back & forth...the beer went down that night. Now what am I going to do? Wait for the draft...?

I had an ANA MTL final so my pool is all f'd up. Imagine if you guys face Huet! That would be interesting.

Bruins have nothing to be ashamed of! They were a very worthy, valiant opponents and Montreal is extremely lucky to be going to second round.

All the best!

both these teams proved the media wrong. No one thought they would make the playoffs, but they did and both teams played hard.

Brions fans are probably disapointed tonight, but given everything that happened to them this year, they can be very proud of their team and the effort they gave them. Regardless of the outcome tonight, you can say that your team let it all hang out and went down fighting, the final score of the game was not fully indicative(sort of like game 5).

Congratulations Habitants on a great win in a tough series. I'm dissapointed to lose to our most hated rivals in a game 7 but man what a ride .... ( admit it, we had you a little nervous there )
The better team had it tonight so good luck and give them hell in the next round !

Cheers to all

A little nervous?

You had the majority of a fanbase awfully worried.

Boston played at 100% every night. Except for one period in the first game, and 2 periods in the last one.

The Habs can't say that. Here's to hoping it sunk in. But here's to hoping that Kovy-Koivu-Higgins line keeps going!

Congrats guys. I posted this in the GDT as well. I wish I could wish you luck in the next round, but I can't. I just don't have it in me.

Great series. Here's to a renewed rivalry, the future is bright for both teams.

Many thanks to the classy Bruin fans here. It's gotta be tough coming in after a roller coaster of a series. Your team worked their ***** off and have nothing to be ashamed of. You've got a crop of awesome rookies coming up (Lucic, Kessel, Krejci, Nokelainen and of course Rask). It's gonna be an epic battle these next few years.

I wasn't convinced until this series, but my Jack Adams vote goes to Claude Julien. His coaching was awesome. Again, cheers and see you guys next season!

Kudos to the Bruins and their fans!!
Very gracious of you and is much appreciated. Excellent series and the experience gained will pay off for the Bruins for next season and the future.

Thanks, classy Bruins fans!
I gotta admit the B's had some of us fans crapping our pants there.
I wanna see what this rivalry's gonna be like when these young teams come into their own...

Thanks! This is really classy.

Like I said in another thread: I love to hate the Bruins and that's only worth anything because the opposition is strong. Great series by your team - hold your heads high. Especially considering all the adversity your team had to go through this year.

I think this rivalry will continue on over the next few years as these two teams are still very young. I see them fighting for top honors in the NE for a while.

Congrats gang. It was a great series. I haven't enjoyed games like this in a long, long time. Brought me back to my youth.

Although I am disappointed this morning I feel a deep sense of pride in how my Bruins never gave up and gave it their all. That is a significant change for us in Boston. I have a funny feeling that this series is a stepping stone for things to come in the next few years.

Good luck the rest of the way.

What a series !! What a series !!!!!... I felt all the possible emotions during this 2 weeks... Kobasew and Bergeron in for the next season will make you guys very dangerous... With Kessel, Krejci et Lucic with one more year of experience at Pro Level will just make you a better team...

And the fun part is : The Sens and the Leafs seem to go down... Sabres try to survive with all their good players leaving here and there... The Bruins and the Habs will fight for the first place in the North-East division for the years to come... Cause we go in the right direction.. To the top !! I hope next time we will face again in the playoff is going to be in a conference final series !!

Hat off to you Bruins !!

GO HABS GO !!!!
