What a pass on the Streit goal... that was a huge turning point tonight and it sealed the deal.

Hats off to Kovalev again tonight.

I tough we were gonna lose and we win, i'm god damn happy because in the last games nothing proved to me we could beat Boston. Thank god Price stood on his head in teh first period.

Let's move to 2nd round, i hope we face Brière.

Kovalev did bring it, but I think we can thank our captain for that. If anybody questions the leadership Koivu brings again I'll slap them.

Guys calm down a bit, thedamned had good reason to believe that the Habs had shown nothing in the past few games for them to show that they'd be able to win tongiht

If it was a one time thing, I would be all about forgive and forget.

I took you off ignore cause I knew youd reply, for once.

With all due respect, my friendly neighbourhood pessimist, you've always supported Kovalev, not the team...

Youre non stop bashing of this team is sickening. "This team sucks" "They dont deserve nothing" "Habs will lose" etc

Give me time and I'll gladdly fish out tons of posts where you turned your back on this team tenfold.

More like its a good thing Koivu came back to save this team from collapse of a 3-1 series lead.

That was the turning point of the series sure we lost game 6 but he motivated these players to be a team and compete that way, this was a team effort tonight, it starts with the captian.

I am still LOL'ing at those who disbelieved me when I said the lines for tonight should be:

Higgy-Koivu-Kovy
Kost-Pleks-Kost

"Kovalev won't play well with Koivu"
