Probably Hlinka but I'd like to see Hensick or Richardson personally. Although it might be a lot to ask of Hensick to step into the playoffs at the point, I think it would be a real good experience for him.

Hopefully it's more of a precaution than anything, but if he's missing game 1 of an Avs/Wings series it's gotta be bad. Even if it's minor, it's recurring.

Could be McCormick too, depends on if they want to bring grit or finesse I guess.

All that time off, Forsberg saying he thinks the rest is great, a bunch of reports that he's in great spirits and rejuvenated and looking great in practice staying an extra 30 minutes, and now he's out for game on with a groin injury. Can't this team put a little effort into monitoring his stretching and how much he plays and practices?

Is AD serious? Wings in 4 or 5 now all because Foppa is out for game 1? I was starting to realize that AD is a reactionary nancy, but give me a break!

The Avs still have a great top two lines, if they can play their game we'll have no shortage of offense. Hopefully the Avs can win and then bring Forsberg back for the next game

Either play seven D, or put in a skilled player like Hlinka.

AD may be over reacting, but the Avs were going to have a tough time winning this series with a healthy Forsberg. This is a huge blow. It wouldn't surprise me to see the Wings put up a crooked number in the first period. I bet the Avs come out flat.

Smyth moves up the Stastny line. The Arnason line will pretty much be useless.

It was going to be a 'weather the storm' situation in the 1st period anyways. I predicted they'd lose this game...if they can keep it close, they have a chance.

Everyone needs to relax...we have a very deep team with improved D. It's NOT like in the past where everyone just 'watched Forsberg' do everything. It's nice when he's in the lineup and CAN be a difference maker but it's not like he's the whole team anymore.
