The American Hockey League today announced that Syracuse Crunch left wing Tom Sestito has been suspended for three (3) games as a result of his actions during a playoff game at Manitoba on Friday (Apr. 25). Sestito was assessed a match penalty under AHL Rule 21.1 for attempt to injure an opponent.
