I think he'll be OK. My early guess is the Kolnik skate cut him on the leg...hopefully its nothing serious.

It wasn't a cut. Some kind of wrench. Could be bad.

Balej got his chance but did not do anything special. Was not bad but... Hossa also got his chance and did nothing. When he will start producing in the A, he might have a second look but not right now. Don't think Perez is ready yet.

No question Dags is not helping. Sad truth is that we have nobody else.

We don't need Hossa, you saw how we got canned along the boards, we need players that can find open ice, and he can't. How didn't they realize that each time they worked deep into the zone they got pushed along the boards and thrown on the ice? They couldn't do *****.

So you guys think that Hossa and Balej got a fair chance to make the team? Don't think so, they are an upgrade on Dagenais, Perreault, Kilger!

Is it confirmed it's his ACL? or just speculation it's that part of the leg?

That panthers arena is got to be the worst one urond the league. Holes on the ice. Puck bouncing urond the boards. Glass breaking on a zednik slapshot not to mention it took them almost 20 minutes to repair it. Rats runing urond. Man I never fought there was a worst sports building than the Big O.

Guys......if it's the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament)..forget 4-6 weeks.....you can write him off for the season. I will guarantee that if it is the ACL as we've heard. It is sometimes difficult to tell until the next day or say......when the swelling goes down.....or when they MRI it. We'll see.

Anterior Cruciate Ligaments. I've no clue how to translate that one.

On the left of this picture is a torn ACL.

Team 990 also said it's supposedly the ACL, but again, nothing confirmed and it's only speculation on behalf of RDS and Team990.

CJ: ''too early to evaluate. He will be re-evaluated tomorrow.''

But no mention of what part is hurt !

Habuse, not necessarely. If it's a sprain, 4-6 weeks sounds about right. If it's TORN, he's finished for the year.

Only if it's a complete tear of the ACL. It could be a sprain.

Even with a partial tear......I'm telling you....4-6 weeks is being optimistic.

You can play with a torn ACL but not a torn MCL, right?
I am sure there are players out there that have and had the surgery in the off season, Yzerman?

Hopefully it is only a pull and not a tear.
