I wanted the Habs to pick up Breault as his draft year.....I wonder what I'll think about him and his entourage after that...

Best documentary I've seen in a long time. Insightful, clever, fascinating and very funny as well. Don't miss it!

Just watched it. It was pretty good. Though I can't believe they managed to do a two hour documentary in junior hockey without showing one second of hockey - not even from a practice!

It was very interesting. It's unbelievable how some kids can go through that.

Pretty good! I had the chance to follow a University team last season, and I can say that while some aspects seems to be similar, it's really different when you watch the big picture! Its seems to be way harder than I thought in junior, and you don't seem have any control on your life. On one hand, you want to live your teenagers life, but on the other, you have to be an adult to reach your goal of playing pro hockey. The players who succeeds are pretty good between their ears, because you need to grow as a person really fast.

Anyways, as for the documentary, I felt bad for Hand...it must be hard to know that you're kicked out of the team just before the team picture. It was a cheap shot by the staff. And the poor guy who was traded twice in a few minutes...you go to a place that you want to play because it's close from your family to a place that's even further than Baie Comeau...gosh, poor him!

And as for Breault, well he just don't have it. We all know that you can't reach pro hockey with talent alone, and that's the only thing he's got. I don't think Buffalo will ever sign him to a NHL contract!

Having done both, here is what I would compare junior hockey to CIS hockey.

Junior Hockey = Pressure Cooker
CIS Hockey = Dream Cemetary

Hahaha, yeah...or for the CIS, it can also be the logical way to have a good education, and then play pro hockey. Two players of the Aigles Bleus have ended their university career a few weeks ago, and they are now off to France to play pro hockey. Pretty cool!

Do you know what channel that is in Vancouver by any chance? Is it just CBC French?

Anyone know where I can watch it online?

Very interesting documentary. I love 'behind-the-scenes' stuff like that.

The whole draft scene was pretty intense. I can't imagine how it feels for kids that don't get picked.

As others have mentioned, sending that guy packing minutes before the team picture in front of everyone is/was brutal. I can't believe he took the news without doing anything though. One would think 'a scene' would've taken place after receiving news like that. You know, kick the garbage can, break a stick or two...

EDIT: And Eric Messier's face is annoying. That nose is just asking for a punch.

Hum, then I guess you guys weren't that close?

Great documentary... I've heard about it when it came out but never had the chance to see before tonight. I felt so bad for the guy who got kicked out of the team before team photos and also for the guy who got traded twice within 15 minutes.

Something is sure, we saw Timmins during that documentary so he went and saw for himself what Breault was made of. I think the other team was Cape Breton. Wondering who Timmins wanted to see besides Breault or was it only for Benjamin...

I wonder how he finds Olivier Fortier's play.....'cause he doesn't shoot, shoot, shoot.... Though he has to love Beauregard right now...

Poor Olivier, get him out of there....
