injuries?

So that the Habs have been eliminated...what injuries will come out now? This is not a bashing thread.

I'm 99% certain that Markov had some kind of injury

Markov & Komi

Now that the habs are out...I hope we find out that both were playing injured.

If not...

Geezus, they were non-factors for the entire playoffs.

I'd add Komisarek personally.

We lost. The better team won. Are we looking for excuses this quickly?

There's always injuries that come out after a series loss

no excuses needed...all teams have players hurt

Carbo was just asked the question if anyone was hurt.

he said knees and shoulders and bruises but gave no names.

Carey was definitely injured in the left arm. At least that's what Renaud Lavoie found from a flyers source.

I'm willing to admit they did a great job but that's simply not true. They were not the best team.

It's not an excuse. It's what you discuss after a series. Personally I've been discussing it since the playoffs started. I happen to like discussing it. If you don't like it, there are plenty of other threads.

There are no excuses. These two "star" defenders coughed up more pucks than a person with bronchitis! If they weren't playing injured, then they are under achievers
par excellence!

Exactly. That warrior attitude, participating in scrimmages. And you're right, not one big hit. He was late on a lot of plays.

Likely that same hip injury nagging him still.

I wouldn't be surprised if Price's glove hand or arm was injured.

ugly tie has mustard on it?

The tie had a crease in it. Possibly some mustard too. Didn't contribute as much as we'd become used to.

I do as well...sort of. If he was indeed injured, why put him back in net?

Hmm, good question. To make people think there was no injury? I have no idea

Kovy, Streit, Markov, Komi, were obviously slowed down a lot. Begin was suffering from cramps. Brain cramps.
