The officials screwed us. 4 minute penalty gave all the momentum to the Pens. Talk about the refs deciding the outcome of a game.

What a ****** OT performance other then the PK. They must've been waiting for the shootout. No offense, no longer they lost.

Well, the Pens were the far better team this series. Sucks...wasn't expecting the Rangers season to end this soon. But it'll be an interesting offseason boys, going to be an entirely new team next year.

Side note, Lundqvist is the man. Saved our ***** in and out these playoffs.

Yeah really. Straka played his heart out and we were on the penalty kill to start. Of course we weren't going to out shoot them anyway.

Tough loss...

Shanahan should ABSOLUTELY be gone....

Rozy had a brutal series against the Pens and should probably go because of it... I could be convinced to keep him though.

Hope Jagr comes back or this team has no chance at doing anything in the playoffs next year.

Killing the PP.

Once that ended, Pitty already had all the momentum, Rangers never had a chance to get going.

Cindy must've given the refs a $5 bill before the game.

Also, after watching this series, I can say that there is ONE and only one world-class player on Pittsburgh. His name is Malkin.

Crosby may be a hall of famer, but Malkin will be a legend.

I do agree with Straka. He should definitely go. I wouldn't call him a soft finisher though. He just doesn't finish.

The refs could've given us every opportunity possible, we're still losing this series. Pittsburgh is better, bottom line.

I agree. Retire his number at MSG, fine. But if he needs to pad his stats with a few more vanity goals, do it elsewhere.

He's one of the greats, but his day has come and gone.

The only FA of our own that I want back are Jagr and Mara. Everyone else should leave. Especially Roszival. Absolutely useless.

Agreed. Two points though

1) Really happy that we battled back from a 2-0 deficit. At least we went down swinging, we had the odds stacked against us.

2) Renney still should've called that time-out in OT. After the PK, the Pens had 3-4 dominating shifts. Why not take an TO there? Not his fault that we lost, but I would've certainly liked to see that. It seems as if Renney has been reluctant to call time-out at spots (game 1 was it?)
